1. History

Broadwater Tower built by MacMaster Constructions in 1984 is the premiere high rise building in Runaway Bay and occupies the best position within the Bayview Harbour complex – sitting right on the Broadwater front.

This magnificent building has over 130 apartments on 34 levels. A typical level floor plan consists of four apartments, offering residents a choice of size, layout and aspect. Each individual apartment enjoys a wonderful aspect and view at all times of the year.

All of the Broadwater Tower architecturally planned apartments have sizeable ensuites, built in robes and a separate laundry, as well as generous balconies – designed for indoor-outdoor living. North facing apartments have two sizeable 2 bedrooms (total apartment size 161.9m2) while the South facing apartments have 3 bedrooms and/or a separate dining/office (total apartment size 176.1m2).

There are north and south bus stops very close to Broadwater Tower – with flexible timetables to take you into Southport, Surfers Paradise, SeaWorld or further down the Gold Coast – or you could travel north to Runaway Bay Shopping Centre, Paradise Point or into the Hinterland or Helensvale Railway Station.

2. Facilities

Broadwater Tower’s luxury recreation facilities are located on the ground level. 

The recreation pool, gym, spa, sauna and BBQ areas and the Admiralty Room are available daily for the enjoyment of Broadwater Towers’ residents and their guests between the hours of 6:00am and 10:00pm.

While using the facilities please observe the rules and regulations, as they are there to ensure the safety and peaceful enjoyment of everyone.

  • Appropriate attire is required when using the gym equipment.

  • All gym equipment must we wiped down and replaced after use.

  • 16 years and older to use indoor spa and gym equipment.

  • Ensure you are clean prior to using spas.

  • Ensure you do not have a skin condition prior to using pools and spas.

  • All children to wear appropriate swim wear – no nappies.

  • 12 years and under must have adult supervision in pool area.

  • Appropriate footwear should be worn, particularly when walking from the swimming pool area and the change room/toilets, and vice versa.

  • Ensure you are dry prior to leaving the wet areas.
